Hello! I am looking for a roommate to enjoy my 2 bed/1 bath apartment with. Walnut Creek is a fun and event filled city with much to see and enjoy!
I have a second bedroom for rent close to lovely downtown Walnut Creek, a walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There is a free bus that runs right outside the complex that takes you directly to BART. The apartment complex comes with a washing and drying machine in the unit, a small yard, a gym, a pool and hot-tub, and some nice places to sit around the park-like vista.
All amenities, high-speed internet as well, are included.

I am a 30 year old male, and am a student as well as a full-time salesman. Iām very organized and clean in the common areas and hope you to be also! I have a small, hyper-allergenic, Maltipoo dog, who is incredibly friendly, does not shed, does not bite, and would love to make a new friend!
