I am looking for a roommate for a one-of-a-kind cottage located near Cobbett’s pond in Windham, NH.

Please note: I have been given a month to find a roommate by the owner and am unable to post pictures of his property due to privacy concerns. I AM ABLE TO SEND THE LISTING IF YOU ARE INTERESTED!

Price:

Rent: $2,500/mo total $1,250/mo per rooomate

Utilities: Gas, electric, snow removal. (Split)

The Living Space:

• The cottage for rent has peekaboo views of Cobbetts pond and comes with access to a private beach and kayaks.
• It is in a quiet, wooded neighborhood and has an abundance of privacy and nature. -The cottage has a beautiful glass sunroom (It is absolutely stunning), a fire pit, and in-unit washer/dryer. -There is 60-80 acres of walking trails within walking distance of the cottage
• Pets are allowed -This place is perfect for someone who appreciates being outdoors and wants a space that gives unlimited access to outside activities.

About Me

I am a 22 year old Software Engineer who works in Nashua 3 days a week (Tuesday -> Thursday). I enjoy building things (coding, DIY, working on things), being outdoors, and fishing.

I have a 7 month old German Shepard-Great Dane mix (see pictures below) who will be living in the cottage with me. She is fully vaccinated, well-trained, and quite honestly the best dog in the world.

For this reason, you MUST be willing to live with a dog. Any other pets are more than welcome, provided we do a quick meeting before to ensure that everything will work between the pets.

What I am looking for in a roommate:

-Looking for someone who appreciates keeping a generally clean space. -Someone who I am 100% I can trust my dog to be around -Is willing to communicate and work together to avoid issues/drama.

• Must have a job and be willing to pass a background check and provide proof of income.
• GOOD CREDIT This is a requirement from the owner!

If you are curious about moving forward and potentially rooming together, the one condition that I have is we have to meet, in-person and with any and all pets, to ensure that we are compatible and so that we can get a sense of each other.
