The bedroom is furnished or can be unfurnished. You’ll have your own private bathroom and large walk in closet. And, yes, you will be the ONLY other housemate here. The homeowner is a single female in her 30’s. The home is completely furnished and she is looking for a roommate that has similar living habits to share the place with. No smoking indoors.
Besides your own private bedroom & bath, you’ll have a private screened patio, your own refrigerator, access to all common areas… kitchen, washer & dryer, living room, game room, backyard, community pool, Wi-Fi Internet, and garage parking for your vehicle. You will have the use of dishes, pots and pans. There is cupboard space for your private things and food. There is also garage cupboard space for your use.

The residence is tucked away in a safe & quiet neighborhood located in North Phoenix/Moon Valley near 7th Avenue and Greenway (85023); close to several shops & restaurants, and easy access to the I-17 & 101.
