The room is located on a duplex, 3bd 3bth, with two entrances. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of street parking available. You can have gated parking for an additional $100/month. There is a park nearby and the lakefront is a short 20 minute walk from the apartment. The place was recently renovated, with new appliances. The apartment is awesome, just a lot of space for 1 person.
About the roomies
I am a professional (work from home) with many art-related hobbies and house plants. I like to travel and visit my friends all over the world. I enjoy cooking and having coffee at home. I value respect, clear expectations, good communication, and maintaining a clean environment, in my personal and shared spaces. Clean kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are high on my list.
