About the room
A spacious room with hardwood floors and two closets with mirrors on the doors. The living room and kitchen are already furnished but you may bring any items you find would improve the space. Parking and pets are allowed at an additional cost to the owner of the property. There is a nearby park, grocery store, and many other convenience stores within walking distance. There is also an elevator however it is rather small (approx. 4x4x8ft.?). There is heating in the winter but no AC. All bills are included with the exception of electric and wifi.
About the roomies
I am a 21 year old college student who occupies the other room in the house. I do my best to be cleanly and organized and am open to conversations about any environmental needs that would help us cohabitate best.
