Hi Potential Roomie!

The Scoop: Private room, attached bathroom and closet will be available anytime after March 1st in our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, three-story townhome. Flexible with move-in date but hoping to find a mutually good fit before April 1st.

Your room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the home is complete: couch/futon, kitchen appliances, utensils, pots/pans, dining room table, chairs, office desk, propane grill, etc.

What We Like: Location, location, location! Easy access to all major cities in the South Bay, including: Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, San Jose, Milpitas, etc.

Walking distance to the Santa Clara Caltrain (~10 minutes). Ample community and street parking. Near Santa Clara University, Whole Foods, Costco, Trader Joe’s, Safeway, public parks, dog parks, loads of restaurants, breweries, stadiums, Santa Clara police station, etc. 5 minutes to Santana Row and Westfield Valley Fair Mall and 15 minutes to Levi’s Stadium.

The best thing of all is the homey feel. Safe, quiet, and well-kept neighborhood with working professionals, families, pets, and students.

The Fine Print: $1495+ Utilities (PGE ~$30, Garbage ~$15, Internet ~$20). Water, HOA, washer, dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, central A/C and heat with dual climate zones, and balcony view all included. No storage or parking in garage available. $1250 deposit required for move in.

Other Requirements: Single occupancy. Clean, respectful, and clutter free in common areas (e.g., not a lot of furniture, random stuff, cleaning up after yourself). Must be okay with a friendly and loving dog (1-year old Dutch/German Shepherd) as a part of the pack. Unfortunately, we cannot accept other pets at this time.

About Us: My boyfriend and I live here together with our playful 1-year old dog. We both work full-time in tech near the South Bay and Peninsula, which takes up most of our time during the week. On weekends, we enjoy going out to dog-friendly places and exploring the local offerings that the Northern California nature provides. We try to cook often, but you might catch us ordering takeout more times than not. Other then that, we’re pretty much regular, honest, and respectful people.
