The home is about 30 minutes from the main areas of Dunnellon and Ocala, making it a good fit for someone who wants a quiet place to live while still being within driving distance of stores, restaurants, work, and local services.

Rent is $600 per month, month-to-month, with utilities and internet included. A $600 security deposit is required. Parking is available.

The home is pet-friendly because I have dogs, so the tenant must be comfortable around dogs. However, no additional pets are allowed. No smoking inside the house. Proof of employment is required. This room is for one person only.

About the Roomies

It is just me, the homeowner, and one other roommate currently living in the home. The other roommate has his own room and is barely home most of the time. The person renting this room would share a bathroom with the other roommate. I have my own separate bathroom.

The tenant will have access to the kitchen and common areas of the home. The home is quiet, respectful, and not a party house.

I do have dogs, so the person renting must be pet-friendly and comfortable around dogs. No additional pets are allowed. No smoking inside the house.

The room is best suited for one responsible, clean, respectful, employed person who wants a peaceful place to live. Since the shared bathroom is with a male roommate, someone comfortable with that arrangement would be the best fit.
