Living in a beautiful two bedrooms apartment, vaulted ceiling. The room is the master bedroom sitting alone on second floor, large, own bathroom, walking closet, section with mirrors for makeup, large windows looking on wonderful landscape. The room is on the second floor of the apartment.

My female Bangle cat is the queen of the house, you can pet her play with her, no other cat is approved in the house unless she approve.

I am a 67 years old retired male looking for a roommate, friend, maybe more. the rent varies based on your level of assistance in the apartment. if you want to have nothing to do then the rent is $1250, if you want to be a helping hand in cleaning, cooking and car pooling for groceries, then the rent can be $900. That include everything except drinks, meat or special food. I am a retired Chief Architect, Technology Evangelist that love online games like star Citizen, the living room is mostly computer stations and electronic workshop. Basically the ideal roommate is some one helpful, energetic capable of keeping the house up in top shape, friendly, love to chat, discuss life, love to hike, and maybe develop to share our life together based on mutual respect.
