I am looking to rent out the second bedroom of my condo. The property itself is a 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a half finished basement (unfinished part has a washer/dryer and room for storage) and has a small deck off the kitchen. Pets permitted, just have to be respectful of neighbors of course, and I have a cat so they must get along with cats as well. The room will come fully furnished with a new mattress, as well as common spaces being furnished. The home is right off of highway 315 just north of 270. Safe, quiet residential area with sidewalks to walk a dog if you have one; Kroger, Trader Joes, restaurants, Zoo, Clintonville’s eclectic mix of independent boutiques between 5 and 11 minutes away and Polaris shopping center about 15 minutes away.

About the roomies

I am a student at OSU School of Veterinary Science. I tend to be an introvert so I enjoy my alone time, but once I get to know you I can talk your ear off. I enjoy going for hikes, visiting local shops, playing video and board games, and hanging out with my cat. My cat Iris gets along with other cats and dogs. I have a boyfriend who currently works full time as a firefighter in Cincinnati who will be visiting as a heads up.
