Room available for rent in a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment in Belmont Heights (upper level). The apartment is small and cozy, but the location is prime. Looking to get someone signed on by the end of July (roommate is leaving 9/1 and you’d be signing on to a month-to-month lease).
Ten-minute walk to the beach, and it’s also right off Broadway near a ton of restaurants and coffee shops. Ideal for someone who is looking to live in a walkable area near the ocean and doesn’t mind a smaller apartment (but you’d have a corner unit and a spacious closet).
Kitchen is small, but it gets the job done. Not a ton of room for appliances, so if you’re someone with a lot of counter-top gadgets, this might not be the spot for you.
The complex is a gated, small, and quiet. Less than 20 units total. There is on-site laundry that uses quarters, but the complex is also near a decent laundromat.
No parking, which can be tough depending on the time of day you’re looking for a spot. I usually never have to park more than a block away. Pretty quiet part of town. I’ve never felt unsafe.
Water included. No AC. There is a heater, but I’ve never used it. Utilities average around $75-100/month per tenant.
I like to keep the shared spaces clean at all times. I don’t have any pets, and not looking for anybody with pets at this time.

32 YO female who works remotely, but has a side hustle that has me traveling a bit. I’m out of the apartment for long stretches of time. When I am home, I like to hunker down and chill. Love to read and go to the movies. Also love to roller skate, so this part of town is perfect for that 🛼 Not looking for someone to bring drama into the apartment. I only like to watch drama unfold on my Bravo shows, not in my home.
