The house includes a total 3 other roommates who are all female with their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is furnished with washer/dryer in unit and one of the roommates has two cats. Gated community with option for garage parking or tenant spot. Garage parking is an extra $25/month
Move in special for the remainder of July for those who can move in and take over my spot right away since I have moved to a new unit with my significant other. Just pay the deposit of $700 and the rest of July is free! The roommates all keep to themselves and one roommate has cats that do roam the house so being comfortable with cats and cat clean up is a must.
