It’s a 3-bed apt; everyone has their own bathroom within their room. One room has a patio which is priced a little bit higher. Ready for immediate move in for August 1st. Two rooms are now available. Call me 914–8014 if you are serious about locking in the room. People have been trying to obtain a room, however, haven’t been meeting the qualifications.

I’m currently the person inside the apt. I am a young man who works as a project manager for a hospital, stresses keeping the common area clean and not home often. Being clean and considerate to everyone in the living space is my main focus.
