The room has a queen bed, matching armour, dresser and night stand. Floors are new laminate wood and the room was painted 6 months ago. You also have your own my nicely furnished living room and TV. The bathroom is shared with me. I’m the only other person. There is a large fenced in private yard with a huge old Florida pool. It’s 9’ deep in the deep end. There is a wood deck and patio furniture to hang out. Grill out if you like, but you will be expected to chip in on propane if you grill aot. Laundry is in the garage. You can store a bike but that’s all.

About the roomies

I am 65 YO gal, easy going hippie type. I’m home most of the time. I own a swimming pool service and also dog sit frequently. I have a 2 YO old Dudley Labrador. He is big and a sweet heart. So, you would need to be alright with dogs. Unfortunately, my last roommate had a dog and ruined that privilege for anyone else. So sorry, NO PETS for Tennant’s. You may have guests within reason. It’s not a flop house. If you have a significant other, staying overnight is ok. “Moving” in is not! Staying every night and showering is considered moving in. So, within reason. Full use if the kitchen. I have a fridge in the garage if it would be necessary for keeping food separate.
