House is best suited for someone mature, clean, responsible, and respectful. No smoking, no drugs, no pets, no parties, and no overnight guests without prior agreement. Background check, references, proof of employment/assignment/student status, government ID, and written housemate agreement required. Month-to-month arrangement with 30-day notice by either party.

Single occupancy only. No parties, gatherings, overnight guests, or unapproved visitors. Because this is a quiet, owner-occupied shared home, all visitors must be discussed and approved in advance.

Security deposit: $1,200, refundable subject to the housemate agreement and condition of the room, bathroom, and shared/common areas.
