About the room
Looking for a non-smoker roommate to share a newly painted 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. You will have your own spacious, private bedroom and your own dedicated bathroom. You’ll also have full access to the kitchen and the in-unit laundry.
Incredible Convenience: Located right off the Glades Road exit on the east side of I-95. Minutes Away: Within a 5-minute drive, you’ll find the Town Center Mall, Whole Foods, a ton of great restaurants, shopping stores and the beach. Important Note: This is a strictly smoke-free home. I am highly allergic and sensitive to tobacco, so I need a roommate who does not smoke at all.
About the roomies
It is just me and my toddler here (we just moved in this month!). Because I know firsthand how incredibly difficult it can be to find a place, I would strongly prefer to rent to another single parent with a child/children.
