About the property

The house is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located in ocean park. It’s just a few minutes from the beach, and a 10 minute drive to town! You will be able to use the whole house as your own, along with my boyfriend and I. We will be living outside the house in our own room, so there will be extra privacy. The kitchen, living room, etc. will be shared but we will have our room right outside the house ! There’s a decent sized backyard, and a hot tub every season except summer. It’s in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. There is a smaller front yard, with a fireplace as well! The rooms itself are cozy, and you will be able to pick between the two available. One has the bathroom attached, but also that same room is attached to the laundry room (with a door) that also leads right outside to the backyard! The house is more furnished than what the pictures look like, we pulled them from the listing but feel free to reach out for more pictures:). There is a washer and dryer, upgraded fridge, walls are being refurnished, and the bedroom with the bathroom had been opened up a little more. They may seem small but they’re pretty roomy:) the whole house is furnished besides the room you choose to stay in.
