Looking for a roommate im 28 yrs old. its only myself and my dog who live in house she’s super friendly and loving so looking for someone who is accepting of dogs. I like a clean well kept place clean tidy well organized. Rent covers utilities and wifi. The room does have a bedframe double sliding door closet, street parking 10 minutes from imperial beach boardwalk. I do like a calm and quiet place a majority of the time i do like to host occasionally with friends and family. Im looking for someone who is friendly understanding trustworthy prompt clean and open with communication.
