looking for someone to fill a Private bedroom, private bathroom, and extra living space in prospect heights, three blocks from the Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5/S station. It’s a 4 bed/2 full bath apartment technically but more like 3.5 bed, and the location is great with easy commute to manhattan. Washer/dryer in building. You would have your own private room, bathroom, and can also use spare room for office, working out, occasional overnight guests if agreed upon both ways, or hangout room! Utilities would be split three ways.

About the roomies

You would share it with 29 y/o M + F (we’re a couple, but hoping to make sure whoever joins the apartment feels it’s a comfortable and fair split, and decide on house expectations together rather than 2 vs 1). Ideally new roommate would be close in age, late 20s or early 30s. One of us works hybrid schedule (half in office half WFH) and the other generally WFH but may be finding some in person work soon as well.

We are pretty chill, value keeping the place tidy and enjoy having friends over maybe a handful of times a month. 420 friendly. We would like to be friends with our roommate or totally fine if a roommate prefers to keep to themselves. Most important is open communication and respect for common spaces!
