About the room
Great Westside Bend location, walking distance to the river and right off the road leading to all things Cascades Lakes/mountains. 2 current student roommates are looking for 2 more roommates ages 18-25 to share the house. There are 2 available private rooms with a shared bathroom that are mostly furnished but open to moving furniture to accommodate new tenants furniture . The house is 2000 sf and roommates will have access to all shared spaces, a deck, backyard and laundry. Utilities will be an additional $100 per month for gas, electric and WiFi. Landlord pays water and trash.
About the roomies
The 2 current male roommates are 18 year old students at COCC studying journalism, business and jazz studies. They both work and will be going to school and are very respectful, clean and mature.
