This property is located in the lovely city of Upland! This is a house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For the room (Available August 1, 2026), a bathroom will be shared with the tenant to right of the house.

The neighborhood is relatively quiet, located near an Aldi’s, Dollar Tree, Home Depot, and a Walmart. Very close to the city of Montclair and Ontario. A family type of neighborhood! Parking is available in front of the property while parking in the driveway is occupied by the 2 remaining tenants. All occupants have access to the kitchen, entertainment room, living room, laundry space, backyard and the garage with an additional fridge located in garage.

I am moving out and it would be great to have the room occupied by someone who is responsible to respect and contribute to the rental cost and house hold duties. The rent is currently $775.00 but this does not include utilities. Cost of utilities can be discussed with the tenant on the lease, whom you’ll be connected with once further venting. Currently, the 3 occupants, including myself, work at a Community Based Organization, at a hospital as a Nurse and a Social Worker. Therefore, it would be best to have another tenant in a similar career field to maintain the values, beliefs and collective care. The remaining occupants are my good friends, we’ve all known each other for 10 years. Prepare to be in a household that is sometimes very quiet, sociable, or a party house during holidays! We love to have friends, partners, family over as well. I want to help my friends continue the good energy and find a trust worthy replacement for my room!
