The available room is the primary bedroom with hardwood floors and a window AC unit. Rent is 800 (not including utilities), and the lease starts August 1. In our opinion, the backyard is the house’s best feature; it’s large and partially shaded. The location is also very convenient if you’re a CSU student, and the spring creek trail is also close by if you’re into running or walking or biking or anything. There is also plenty of free driveway parking if you have a car. Please message if you’re interested!

Looking for a pet-friendly roommate (1 dog and 1 cat—both very friendly and social)! We are 21(F) and 23(F) living in a cute house on Prospect, very close to the CSU campus. We love reading, cooking/baking, coffee, and spending time outside. As roommates we value good communication and (relative) cleanliness 🙂
