Private bedroom available in a two-story house in a quiet neighborhood. The room is upstairs and has a closet and a large window with beautiful views. You’ll share a bathroom with one roommate (27-year-old female). The house has in-unit laundry, a backyard, a shared storage room, easy street parking, and is just a 2-minute walk from John McLaren Park. There’s also one cat in the house, so please keep that in mind if you have allergies. Rent does not include utilities. The move-in date is flexible (late July/early August preferred). The lease is 6 months and then month-to-month, but we’re flexible for the right person. There will be 2 other people living in the property. The person sharing the bathroom and main floor is a 27 year old woman, and there is a 35 year old man living in the separate downstairs unit. The kitchen is shared between everyone.
