👋 About the House You’ll be living with two friendly, respectful female roommates in their 30s in a relaxed, clean, and welcoming home. We enjoy hanging out occasionally but also respect each other’s privacy. We also have one sweet dog and one cat, so we’re unable to accommodate additional pets.

• Flexible move-in anytime between now and the end of September
• Opportunity to stay through the current lease ending June 30, 2027
• Utilities average about $100/month (not included in rent)
