I’m offering you a two room package…one room furnished with a comfy full-size Tempurpedic mattress, night stands, dresser with mirror and large closet and the other room with seating, microwave, mini-fridge, TV, another closet, and additional storage shelves. You will have youyr own bathroom and a shared kitchen, outside deck and laundry room. Wifi and utilities included! Driveway and street parking is available.

Jamestown is a quiet community that has recently sprouted some unique offerings. Nearby are places of interest such as City Lake Park, The Mendenhall Plantation, Furniture Land South (with a Starbucks inside), The Deck (live music venue), Potent Potables (wine, beer, and acoustic music venue), Southern Roots (low country cuisine), Food Lion, nail salon and more all within 1- 1.5 mile from my home. MONTHLY = $800 minimum 3 month lease required. Deposit $800 required. Rent due on the first.

I would like to vet applicants via email before we talk, so tell me something interesting about yourself and then we can arrange to meet in a neutral location to see if we may be a good match. Also, please understand, as there is another part-time occupant, I will check references, criminal and credit background, and verify employment/source of income. I would ask that you pay for the $25 cost to obtain this information.

I am quiet and stable (I have lived in my home for over 21 years) high school Spanish teacher with an empty nest.

I like to keep things picked up and neat (not immaculate…dust bunnies gather occasionally for reunions), like to eat healthy and maintain an active lifestyle.

In the evenings you can usually find me at home watching TV, grading papers or reading. On the weekends I like to catch up on home projects or go out with friends.

Recently, my brother, a long-haul truck driver, has taken one of the four bedrooms. He is often on the road, but on weekends you will find him in the kitchen preparing his meals for the next week.

My brother and I are early risers (I like to do yoga in the mornings) and I go to bed around 10 or 11 pm.

We are both non-smokers and love animals. However, I have severe allergies and therefor cannot have pets.
