About the room

Furnished Room with Bathroom and Whole Home and Garage Space besides one room/bath. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Pine Island, this home feels like a peaceful escape while still being conveniently close—about 2 minutes from downtown. This setup is live-in with one occupant: I will be living here upstairs until further notice. The rental space is downstairs only—you’ll have access to the walk-out basement and laundry via the downstairs route/entrance, while the upstairs stays private/occupied.

You’re set up to feel comfortable and settled quickly: downstairs features two available bedrooms (choose Option A: 1 bedroom $1800 Per Month or Option B: 2 bedrooms at $2300 Per Month), plus large closet space and access to the upstairs and downstairs living area.

Pets welcome: there is one dog and one cat with kittens living on-site, and you’d be sharing the home environment with them according to house rules. Kids welcome, and small dogs only (no cats) can be added if approved.
