This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house where my dad (mid 50s) lives with 1 roommate (male, mid 20s). This is a private room + a shared bathroom with the 1 current roommate. It’s a 2-floor house with all bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The first floor has a living room, dining area, and kitchen which is a shared space for everyone. There is driveway parking, in-unit laundry, internet/utilities included. The room will come furnished with a full-sized bed, a desk, nightstand, and TV.

I am looking for 1 roommate to share the space with my dad and his roommate. 🏡 They are very chill and work from home, so looking for someone preferably quiet, clean, and respectful. My dad has 2 medium-sized dogs that have access to the backyard through a dog door 🐕. The roommate has 1 cat that mostly stays in his room but wanders around the house sometimes 🐱. Students and professionals are welcome!
