It’s a beautiful private room. The house is two bedrooms, completely furnished kitchen, living room and a sun porch. Every room has a ceiling fan in it. In the private room, there is a full-size bed if you need it.

I’m a retired RN. I’m home most of the time as I am recuperating from some health issues. I pretty much keep to myself in my bedroom. You are more than welcome to hang out in the living room and watch TV on the brand new 65 inch TV. The sunroom can be used for storage. It’s not air conditioned. The kitchen is fully stocked so there’s really no room for anybody else’s items. I already have a dog and a cat so I’m really not looking for any pets. I’m preferring someone who is mature and quiet. And preferably works outside of the home. I treasure my peace and quiet. So please no loud music. And there is no smoking if you want to smoke you’ll have to go out back into the yard.
