About the room
**** Offering $150 to whoever takes over my lease. Preferably a college student/young adult. Not a place for children to live*** Read entire post before messaging me.
Looking for someone to sublease my room in the Orchards in Carrollton, Ga. It’s a 3 bedroom house and you’ll have 2 other roommates (don’t know who it will be yet). It is a very nice house! They are working to redo the pool and volleyball court in the neighborhood. It’s a short 5-7 minute drive to the UWG campus and Irish Pub on the square
I do not own this house. I just need someone to take over my lease. I do not control rent or anything of that nature. I don’t know how much fees or security deposit is. It is mostly college students that live in this neighborhood. I’M NOT SHOWING THE HOUSE. I will send you pictures but no showings
About the roomies
You’ll have 2 roommates (I don’t know who it is yet) but you’ll have plenty of space. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom
