About the room
The house is in a great location with access to all major highways and close to S. Congress, S. Lamar. We’re close to downtown, have multiple grocery stores, gyms and restaurants nearby. A private bedroom is available with a shared bath; to be shared with 1 roommate. A picture of the room will be posted soon. Internet is included with other monthly bills, the total varies depending on time of year (higher in the summer) but is usually between $100-$200 dollars.
About the roomies
You’d be living with us - 2 women who are 40+. We both play music, go to concerts, cook and live healthy lifestyles. We’ve been roommates for a few years and are looking for one more roommate to share the house. Looking for a good communicator who is responsible, tidy, and considerate of others.
