We have 1 nice furnished bedroom for rent in Clovis.

including: utilities, internet, plus microwave, refrigerator and new XL twin mattress in room.

Professionals, traveling nurses and doctors have stayed in this room. All remarked favorably to it.

Our home is clean and in a safe neighborhood only one and half miles to Old Town Clovis, one mile from Sierra Vista Mall and three miles to Fresno State University. Also the distance to 168 freeway is only 1 mile that will take you to downtown Fresno in fifteen minutes.

You will have complete privileges of our home including kitchen and laundry.

We prefer someone who is compatible, responsible and employed or full time student working and pays rent on time.

We have dogs. We will keep dogs isolated from you if preferred.

We are a semiretired couple, have a drama free free home! No drugs or parties. Smoking outside OK. No animals please since we don’t know if they would be compatible with our animals.

Monthly rent $625.00 plus security deposit $100..00.
