Looking for a roommate to fill a room in 2bed 1bath, 5-10 minute walk from coconut grove metro stop! The room has lots of natural light, multiple windows and a large closet. The property is half of a duplex with a fantastic shared backyard with other graduate students/young adults ranging from mid-twenties to mid-thirties. The property is furnished, and includes a living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and central AC. The room has a designated parking spot as well as free street parking. Also attic access for extra storage and a hammock under two mango trees!

I am a graduate student at the University of Miami going on my third year here. I have two very friendly cats, and love to go to local music and community events, go to a wine bar or dancing, and also spend time in nature! While I can be busy, I’m just as happy spending a night at home watching a movie or doing crafts. I’d love to find a roommate that takes care of our community space and is respectful as well as communicative! Looking to sign a year long lease :)
