When I was shopping for a new apartment while finishing my studies at WSU, my friend recommended Cross Creek to me. Living in the town home has been a nice change of pace for sure, and it is also a lot bigger than my previous space. Mail access is a big thing for me and being able to have the packages delivered directly to my door as well as having the mailbox within walking distance has been a big plus. The living area is pretty decently sized and I already have a washer and dryer, dining table, entertainment center, as well as a comfy sofa.

My name is Jeffrey! I’m originally from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, but I’ve been in Wichita to get my bachelor’s in electrical engineering. My roommate is moving out soon as he plans to move to Oregon to start his career which leaves little ole me. While I do value my personal space, I’m a big people person and love to chit chat or explore the city and do whatever. Most of my friends will tell you that I’m a pretty easy-going person and I’m easy to get along with. I’m big on communication and respect and believe that nothing is past a conversation. Cleanliness is also a big thing for me and I do my due diligence to keep my personal space as well as shared spaces tidy. Lastly, I’m a big hobbyist and am into repairing old electronics and such.
