About the room
We have 2 private room available in a spacious 4-bedroom home located in the quiet and well-kept Panther Trace community. The house is currently shared by three respectful roommates, and we’re looking for a fourth roommate who is responsible, clean, and reliable with rent.
Details: • Rent: $850/month (flat rate – utilities included) • Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living areas • Washer and dryer available in the home • Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required and will be fully refundable at the end of your stay, pending a room inspection.
The current lease runs through November 2026, with plans to renew—so there’s an option to stay longer if it’s a good fit for everyone.
A background check is required prior to moving in.
