Looking for one roommate to join an incredible waterfront home in Oakland Park! The house is a beautifully updated 4 bed / 2 bath with a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, covered parking, and a modern open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
The backyard is the highlight of the home, featuring a private waterfront setting lined with palm trees, a spacious paver patio, lounge area, and pool that’s perfect for relaxing after work or hosting a small get-together.
The home is fully furnished in all common areas, has in-unit laundry, plenty of storage, and is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just minutes from I-95, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, the beach, and countless restaurants, gyms, and shopping.
We’re looking for someone who will appreciate the home and help keep it in great condition.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with two young professionals in their mid-20s who both work full-time Monday through Friday. We’re easygoing, respectful, financially responsible, and take pride in keeping the house clean and organized.
We’re social but not a party house. We enjoy grilling by the pool, watching sports, going to the gym, grabbing dinner or drinks, and relaxing after work. Friends and significant others are always welcome, but we value a peaceful, drama-free home.
