The house is a three-bedroom, two-bath with a two-car garage and fenced-in backyard. We have all appliances, including a washer and dryer, as well as furnishings for the shared living areas. (The pictures are from when weoved in and do not show furnishings.) Rent fluctuates slightly month to month based on utilities, but is usually between $620 and $630 including utilities and internet. The landlord might require a background check and renters insurance.

I am a 23-year-old male working at different venues around the NWA area, helping to set up, tear down, and run different live events like concerts. The other roommate is a 21-year-old-male in college studying to get a music education degree and working part-time at a local restaurant.
