The location is perfect! In town, a short walk to restaurants, parks, the lake, and the beach, and in a great neighborhood. This is a furnished room with a shared kitchen and occassionally a shared bathroom. There is a beautiful front 3-season porch for relaxing, plenty of outside space, including a pool for the hot summer days!

I live alone in my house, my sister lives above my garage in her apartment. I work 40 hours a day leave at about 6:30am and return home most days by 5pm. I work a 2nd job as well as a bartender every other weekend at a local American Legion so a lot of the time the house is very quite. Every now and then I will have some friends over for a night of board games/cards, cornhole and BBQ’s.
