About the room
My Fiance and I are renting a room at our house. The place is not big but spacious and has all the appliances needed. A full kitchen and yard that you can use as well.
Furniture and unfurnished room option is available. Bathroom is a guest bathroom that would be used mostly by you but is shared if with us and our guests so it must be kept clean.
We don’t have pets but are open to yours if they are potty trained and won’t destroy the house xD
Very close to the star link light rail station so public transportation is an option.
We ask a notice of leave of two months, background check and references requires too.
About the roomies
We are very clean and organized people, no dishes left undone, no mess on countertops etc. so if you are a clean person as well this is a great place for you!
We are very chill people, and don’t do parties at the house or anything like that. Here and there some friend come over for dinner but we would always let you know in advance. I’m a master of psychology student and my fiance is a commercial diver.
