I’m looking to find someone to take over my lease, I need to move closer to my job across town. It’s a nice townhome quiet neighborhood.

There’s 2 other female roommates in their 20’s, nice girls and both have a cat. Air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washer and dryer are all in house. Basketball/ tennis court, cute playground, reservoir and pool accessible per neighborhood.

Room is located in the basement, bathroom right outside it. For bills it’s about $100 for internet and xcel everything else is covered.
