About the room
The house is in a quiet and very nice neighborhood right across from a park. It has plenty of free street parking and is right next to Mason trail and the Maxline bus route. It is about 3 miles south of the edge of CSU’s campus. The bedroom is 9.5’x11.8’ with a small personal closet. The house has a living room, kitchen/dining area, laundry room with wash and dryer, and a bathroom shared with one other very clean roommate. There is a garage for storage, but not room currently to fit a car. The house is currently fully furnished by the other 2 roommates except for the empty bedroom available. There is a front and back yard with a back deck. The landlord is extremely quick to respond and very helpful in any issues that arise with the property.
About the roomies
Two other current tenants are both 26 year old male graduate students in a PhD program at CSU. We are very clean and responsible. In my free time I enjoy biking and cooking, but I spend a lot of time working. We are hoping to find someone who is clean and responsible to fill the third room.
