About the room
A private bedroom and bathroom suite is available August 1st in my home at the west end of Pearl Street — one of Boulder’s best walkable locations. The Pearl Street Mall, CU campus, Sanitas and Anemone trailheads, Eben Fine Park, and Boulder Creek are all just a few blocks away.
The bedroom and bathroom form a self-contained basement suite with its own entrance, so you come and go independently. Being underground, it stays naturally cool in summer and is quiet and separated from the main living areas. The suite is fully furnished and includes: • Queen platform bed with six large storage drawers and a new mattress • Sofa table and bookshelf • Mini refrigerator Photos show a representative setup from the current tenant. The suite also includes a garage parking space.
If you prefer to use your own furniture and unfurnished option would reduce rent to $1,050 per month.
About the roomies
You’d be sharing the home with two friendly, easygoing men — me (retired CPA and owner) and one other housemate. The household is laid-back, non-smoking, and tidy. We enjoy the occasional shared meal, movie, or conversation, but everyone respects each other’s space and there’s no pressure to socialize.
The current tenant — who finished his MBA at CU and landed a great job — is moving on to his own place and is happy to serve as a reference.
I have two well-trained Golden Retrievers, so being comfortable around dogs is important — and a third dog would be very welcome.
