2 bed 2 bath loft apartment right outside of downtown & campus area. Lots of space with all the loft vibes! This room comes with a bathroom that is detached. The loft space isn’t rented out to anyone so it is used for storage and an extra hangout space! Easy walk to downtown and less than 5 minute drive to MSU campus. I have LOVED living here but just am ready to leave Springfield.

I am subleasing my bedroom and my roommate, Mia, is staying. She is a homebody but down for anything fun and is a senior at MSU! We are both 21 & 24 years old so we are looking for someone around that age range. Mia is not from the area so she leaves for school breaks (fall, summer, winter). I would want you to meet her a few times before committing to anything.
