It’s on the island, 2nd floor, non-smoking, close to everything. The bedroom (will upload pictures soon) and bath are in their own section so you have that privacy. The bedroom is unfurnished but I have a great twin air mattress that can be used while getting your own furniture. The bathroom (pictured) will be empty so you can totally make it your own. It will be your private bath. My guests will use mine. (Note: I rarely have guests because I tend to visit family and friends at their place. Sometimes my grown daughter stops by on occasion. This place is kinda small for hosting inside, but there are pools and tennis courts, basketball courts, etc., on the property).

I’m late 50’s and from this area. My family goes back generations here. I recently moved back from FL a few months ago to be near family, but I am seeking a roommate so that I can spend a lot of my year in FL because the two areas truly are like home. I want to be able to travel back and forth and having a roommate will make that more affordable. I’m home a lot because I work from home and write. I love getting in nature so that’s how I spend my free time. I have a hound dog mix that is usually with me/rarely at home alone. He’s cool. Only gets on the sofa when it is covered - is house trained - great to have around - not a barker. He is a happy dog - makes people smile. If you don’t like dogs we aren’t aligned. Unfortunately I cannot welcome additional pets though. About me - I’m easy-going, laid-back, simplistic, responsible and mutually-respectful. Really hoping to find someone who is the similar. I don’t bring overnight guests home and would be asking the same. If you are a person in a season of life where you are working towards a future goal, this would be a really great match. I’ll upload pictures of the room within the next day. My cell is full so I need to make some space.
