You’ll have a private downstairs bedroom with a large closet, private full bathroom, and window with natural light, giving you your own comfortable retreat. The home sits on a large lot in a peaceful cul-de-sac and is just minutes from KU, downtown Lawrence, shopping, restaurants, and K-10 for an easy commute.

A little about me: I’m a finance executive who works a typical weekday schedule. It’s just me and my friendly Labrador, Hoss, so the house is quiet and low-key. I’m looking for someone who is respectful, financially responsible, clean, and easy to live with.
