About the room

Single occupancy, females only. Must be full-time worker outside the home. Fist month’s rent + $500 security deposit due upon move in. Month-to-Month rental agreement. $1,075 per month, utilities included. Private bedroom suite with attached private bathroom in a beautiful 3-bedroom townhome, available July 8th. The other two bedrooms and upstairs hallway bathroom are occupied by me and my 8-year-old daughter. Full house privileges in common spaces. Upstairs laundry. Rental comes with a garaged parking spot and large private storage cabinet in the garage. No pets, however, I do have 3 nice cats, so if you are allergic, this is probably not the right place for you. Best unit in the community, 3 minutes off the 14 freeway, wonderful location in a great neighborhood. The community is very safe with a security gate and patrolling security guards. The attached bathroom is beautiful and stylish as well; I just do not have a picture available. The spaces are very pleasant, and we keep a positive and tidy home. The room can be viewed by appointment. Available for move in 7/8/26. Thank you.
