Located on the Main Street with everything close walking distance including public transit, the first floor room is open which is the only room on this floor making it pretty private, the room is small but you have direct access to first floor kitchen, living room, back porch, bathroom and washer/dryer. Parking is usually available behind the property but sometimes gets filled up on street cleaning days(Monday/tuesday night). The apartment is large 2 floors and has central air and a nice fireplace. This room is perfect if you’re trying to work and save money in the Boston area.

3 men, including myself all mid/late 20’s very respectful, friendly and usually always busy. No drama, we all have known each other for a good amount of time so we all get along great and help each other out.
