Hi there, I live in Jackson Ward by Gallery 5 with my friend/ roommate (male, 35). I am moving in with my girlfriend and am looking for someone to take over my half of the lease which is up in January 2027. Please let me know if you are interested! I have some extra furniture, like a dresser and a couch which I am happy to leave for you or get rid of.
About the roomies
You will be living with Chris, 35 years old. He is probably the cleanest roommate I have ever lived with. He works nearby and so he is gone for large parts of the days and evenings, depending on his schedule. He is a very chill dude, and very communicative.
