About the room
It’s a 4 bedroom house and there will be two rooms available that I’m looking to fill. The house is located off wall Triana in Madison right next to a Walmart, Publix, McDonald’s, a gym, dollar general, and Taco Bell. You’re really not far from anything here. Rent, WiFi, and utilities combined would be about 750 a month until we get a 4th roommate so then it would around $560. I do have a pitbull so if you’re scared of dogs or just not a dog person this probably isn’t a great place for you. He mainly stays in my room or our living room though so it’s not like you’d have to hang out with him or anything. If this seems like a good place for you please text me.
About the roomies
So pretty much one of my roommates just stopped paying rent and me and my roommate Noah have stable jobs but not stable enough to afford $1200 a month each. We’re both pretty chill and stay in our own rooms 95% of the time. We both enjoy playing video games and basketball so if you’re into that then that would be amazing but if not all good. I go to the gym everyday too so if you’re a gym rat definitely get in touch with me.
