About the room

Cool, quiet, comfortable room will be available August 1, possibly sooner. Furnished Bedroom in a single-family private residence walking distance to downtown. ALL utilities include water, trash, gas, electric, internet- (1 GB). Room in shared house, corner room faces east and north. It’s carefully organized and designed to be a comfortable environment, shared house, kitchen and bathroom with (2) other roommates. Close to downtown, walk to center of old town in 15 minutes Esy bike ride to campus, ¼ mile to FMC. South Coconino estates is a great location. The bathroom and kitchen are (shared) The room is for one person only. Photos will show two different bed configurations, current set up is twin size. This can stay or you can bring your own bed. Off street parking during the winter city ordinance, Nov. 1 to April 1 st, no on street from midnight to 7am. Otherwise on street is fine right out front. Furnished, Twin sized bed, light in closet with built in organizers, custom desk, bookcase - storage cabinet with drawers and upper open area with shelf. Fully adjustable cable style low voltage LED lighting, 2700k at 95 cri. Wi-Fi, up to 1 GB, included. There is no additional storage space other than what fits in the room, however there is Room for “one bike”, (not an e bike) at the front entry area.

Only Quiet, respectful, employed or full-time students. It’s not a work at home space, sorry. No couples, No pets, No kids, No Weapons, No smoking on the property! The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, one of the oldest in Flagstaff, large variety of trees in the neighborhood.
