I have 2 available unfurnished bedrooms for rent in our side of a duplex. One is available immediately, and the other will be available when my current roommate moves on September 1st, 2026. Both bedrooms share a bathroom.
Previously, we were three single people each renting one room. If I can find two more roommates, someone to rent each room, the rent will be $430 for each bedroom plus utilities, power, and internet on top of the $430.
If only one person rents a room and the other is empty, the rent will be $645 plus utilities/power/internet until we can find someone to rent the other room.
It is also possible for someone who would like a bedroorm and another room for their own personal space to pay for both rooms for $860 plus 2/3 of utilities/power/internet.
I only have a picture of the one room as of right now as my current roommate who is moving out of town is still currently occupying the other, but they are similar in size. The photo of the hallway which is the entrance to the house shows the two bedroom doors and the bathroom next to them to the left.

My roommate is moving out of town on the 1st of September. I am a 34 year old single woman, introverted, and broke. I work at a thrift store and spend my time volunteering at a flower farm to make bouquets for sick patients. I have had my own health issues and have social anxiety making it hard to get out and make friends, but it is something I have been trying to do recently through volunteering. Otherwise I tend to keep to myself. I am particularly looking for women as roommates but might make an exception if there is a particularly respectful, responsible, and equally germaphobic man looking for a place. I am not too compulsive about clutter all the time (within reason) but I don’t like things to be gross. I am looking for roommates who are approachable and honest and who can work out any potential conflicts. I need to find someone within the next couple of weeks so that they can pass a background check and be moving in by the end of the month or I will have to give notice to the landlord that I will be moving out by September.
