The room is the second bedroom of The Chattahoochee floor plan. The total apartment is 1,361 sq. ft. It includes a porch which I will be screening in. It is located in close proximity to the pool and the dock. Your room includes its own bathroom which can be accessed from within the bedroom. The bedroom itself is oversized and there is a large walk-in closet as well. For reference, when I lived here previously, I was able to fit my queen sized bed, two nightstands, my standing desk, a dresser and a recliner within the bedroom and still had space to workout in my room. The apartment also includes a washer and dryer that is located between the two bedrooms. This is a first floor unit. The apartments are equipped with smart locks on the front door and a keyed locked on the porch door. It is a great community to live in. Everyone I interact with is super kind and friendly. It is safe and quiet, while also being a fun place to live. The community is next door to Island Ford and there is a walking path that takes you from the complex into Island Ford.

You would be living with me :-) I am a 36 year old female. I currently work out of the home full time as an accountant. In the mornings before work, I journal, do a workout video from home and go for a walk. I also meal prep and eat all my meals at home. I tend to go to bed around 9 pm. And get up until around 5:30/ 6 am. I will also be starting to study for my CPA and CMA certifications in the near future which would be done from home in my spare time. I am looking for someone who will be quiet, respectful, and clean after themselves. This is not a place to live if you are a partier as this isn’t a party house. Ideally the person will have a similar sleep schedule but not a deal breaker if not. I do keep my social life out of the home as a whole but would definitely let you know if I ever planned to bring anyone over to make sure it’s ok to not be disruptive if you needed a quiet space. The reason for this is I like keeping my home private. I am low key, and currently focused on my future. To this, like I said, I am looking to live with someone who will be quiet, respectful, and easy to live with that cleans after themselves. I do sometimes play music when I am cleaning, but can wear headphones if that is an issue.

You must love animals as I have two very sweet cats and a dog.

Looking to live with someone with a clean background and verifiable income that I can trust that will pay rent on time. Must be able to pass a credit check and background check and be able to be put onto the lease. I would also like to live with someone I can befriend. While I have lived here previously, I just relocated back to the area and would love a roommate I vibe with and can hang out with. Rent is due on the 1st of every month and can be paid online directly to me via Zelle or through Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal. Would prefer no cash or money orders.

On my off days from work I am usually out of the house, spending time in nature as I am an outdoorsy girl. I love to paddle board, hence living here. I also love camping, hiking and spending time outside adventuring. I want to start learning how to rock climb as a new hobby. I do also enjoy going out to eat and I like to go out dancing on occasion. In the winter time, I tend to be more of a home body as I am not a fan of the cold.

Just as an aside, I keep the apartment around 74 F during the day and 68 F when I go to sleep as I sleep better in a cooler environment but want it warmer during the day to save on electric. If the roommate is a good fit, I am looking to room with someone long term until I finish my certifications at minimum.
